Welcome to DataDoe, a trademark of Deltologic LLC ("Company"), a limited liability company registered in Poland. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DataDoe ("Service"), including but not limited to our website, applications, and associated tools.

By accessing or using DataDoe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • To use DataDoe, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account or joining the waitlist.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Services Provided
DataDoe provides an AI-powered platform for marketplace analytics, including but not limited to:

  • Data Insights: Analyzing sales trends, ad performance, and product metrics.
  • Reports & Dashboards: Generating real-time visualizations and automated reports.
  • Voice & Text Interaction: Enabling conversational AI-based analysis.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Connecting with Amazon and other eCommerce platforms for enhanced data access.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at our discretion.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Interfere with the operation of DataDoe, including introducing malicious code or overloading the system.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

5. Payment & Subscription

  • Some features of DataDoe may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, including billing cycles and cancellation policies, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers.

6. Data Privacy & Security

  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your personal data.
  • You acknowledge that while we implement industry-standard security measures, no online system is entirely secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Integrations

  • DataDoe integrates with third-party services (e.g., Amazon, Google). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, security, or data handling practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data processed by DataDoe.
  • Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deltologic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DataDoe.
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to DataDoe if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Required by law or regulatory authority.
  • The Service is discontinued.

You may stop using the Service at any time, and account deletion requests can be sent to contact@datadoe.com.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
  • Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Poznań, Poland.
