Before AI can help your team make better decisions, your data has to be clean, unified and governed. DataDoe is the layer that makes that possible — across every marketplace, every channel and every team — so your AI rollout stops being a pilot and starts running production.

DataDoe natively supports all twenty-one Amazon marketplaces from a single environment — North America (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil), Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland, Turkey), Asia Pacific (Japan, Australia, Singapore, India) and the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia). Vendor Central, Seller Central, Ads, Brand Analytics and DSP are all included, with data normalized and reconciled across regions, currencies and accounts. Amazon is what we ship as native — every other channel or system is built specifically for your operation.
Yes — anything outside Amazon is built as a custom integration during your enterprise onboarding. That includes other marketplaces (Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Allegro and beyond), your ERP and finance systems, in-house OMS or warehouse tools, and any private API your operation depends on. Custom integrations are scoped during your kickoff and built by the same engineering team that maintains the core platform, so they end up inside the same data layer with the same governance, audit trail and access controls as your Amazon data.
Every enterprise customer is assigned a named account team made up of engineers, not call-center support — the same people who scope and ship your integration. You can reach them through a private Slack Connect or Microsoft Teams channel, direct email lines (not a shared queue), phone or video on demand, and quarterly business reviews. Critical issues are answered within one hour, twenty-four hours a day. Major issues get a four-business-hour response. Standard requests are handled the same business day. All response SLAs are written into your contract.
DataDoe is approved by Amazon for SP-API restricted PII access — meaning we have already cleared the Public PII Process audit covering encryption, retention, key rotation, vulnerability management and incident response. All customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. Every customer organization runs in its own logically isolated data partition. EU-hosted environments for GDPR-strict workloads and dedicated VPC environments are available on request, and we can provide SOC 2 reports, custom DPAs and MSAs, sub-processor lists and compliance documentation.
If you are starting fresh without a legacy tool to migrate from, DataDoe goes live within twenty-four hours of your kickoff call — Amazon accounts connected the same day, dashboards configured and team trained the next. If you are switching from another platform such as SellerBoard, an internal warehouse or a custom-built reporting stack, our engineering team owns a two-week white-glove migration: discovery and scoping on day one, Amazon accounts connected and historical backfill running in week one, your reports, dashboards, AI tools, warehouse syncs and any custom non-Amazon integrations rebuilt by us in weeks two and three, and full handover with team training on day fourteen.
First, building your own means going through Amazon's Public PII Process audit yourself — a months-long, multi-stage review covering encryption, retention, access controls, vulnerability management and incident response. DataDoe has already cleared it, so you can pull customer addresses, personal information and customizations on day one. A generic Amazon SP-API MCP — including unofficial open-source ones — typically wraps raw API endpoints without that approval, which means no access to restricted PII data, no historical backfills, no schema reconciliation across the twenty-one Amazon marketplaces, no currency normalization across regions, and no production-grade handling of rate limits, retries, deprecations or the API changes Amazon ships every few weeks. DataDoe gives you a maintained data layer instead of a thin API wrapper — historical data already backfilled, schemas already joined and normalized, multi-account orchestration handled, and a dedicated engineering team keeping it production-ready as Amazon evolves its APIs. And because the platform is engineered by Deltologic, anything outside Amazon — your ERP, your warehouse, your in-house tools — can be built into the same data layer as a custom integration during onboarding, instead of becoming yet another internal project.
